Frequently Asked Questions
General Questions
Q: What is The Keepsake Call?
A: The Keepsake Call is an audio guestbook service where guests leave heartfelt voice messages on a vintage-style phone during your event. These messages are then compiled into a cherished digital recording you can keep forever.
Q: How does the audio guestbook work?
A: Guests pick up the phone, hear a short greeting, and then leave their message after the beep. Once they hang up, the message is automatically saved. At the end of your event, we collect the phone and deliver all recordings to you digitally.
Q: What types of events do you serve?
A: Weddings, baby showers, birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, memorials, celebration of life, and any event where you want to capture the voices of your loved ones.
Q: Do you travel outside of Hanover, MA?
A: Yes! We serve the surrounding areas and can discuss travel fees if your event is located farther away.

A: Yes! You can record your greeting with our Classic and Premium packages, or we can create a professional one for you.
Q: What if a guest makes a mistake when recording?
